GO PLAY 2.0

The Epic Sport2 are the second generation to one of our most famous (pre-true wireless) earbuds. We kept the same great over-ear memory wire that was perfect for runners but added more battery life at 20 hours of playtime, and an even better sweat resistance on the inside and out. With a unique nano coating material built in to both the inside of the USB charging port to protect against sweat damage and on the outside, these earbuds are more reliable than ever. It’s time to get out there and GO.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I bought a pair of these years ago. I've had to warranty them 4-5 times. Every time they work for about a month or two and then stop charging or connecting to bluetooth properly or at all. They make you pay return shipping too so I've wasted a bunch of money sending them back just to get another faulty product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY They will not charge after a couple months. It's a shoddy product. I have gone through 2 pairs and they stop charging. Fix your product JLAB.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CHAMPION UNDERDOG!!! Earbuds are very personal. Some people enjoy a lot of bass and others prefer precise treble. The wonderful thing about these wireless earbuds is that they sound great whether you’re listening to classical or rap. Each individual unit is magnified to its proper decibel of music, enabling every note the ability to amplify its proper decibel of sound. JLab’s Epic Sport Bluetooth earbuds offer the consumer a perfect combination of sound quality at a very affordable price. These earbuds rank #1 in the category of bluetooth, wireless earbuds under $170.00. Well done Underdog!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These do their g**d**** jobs! I am a disabled man who uses forearm crutches / household surfaces every day to stay upright, and so Bluetooth is a godsend for someone like me. I have been a loyal JLab user for a few years now, and I love the dedication they show in their products to cater to the user--be it various sizes of the ear bud tips to their pleasant customer service. Specifically, years back when I first became acquainted with the JLab memory wire design for their earbuds, I was enchanted by the sheer convenience and portability that modern audio equipment offers the technophile. One inconvenience owes itself to my failing vision, where I have to stop and study the shape of the earbuds to figure out which speaker goes to which ear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow First review of an electronic gadget ever. But what company puts in the box so many different sizes of earbud tips? (I happen to have small aural canal...who knew (?) until I started using in the ear products) Long battery life...check. Completely charged out of the Best Buy kiosk so I could use on my immediate flight...check. Automatically detected on iPhone 6 so one-click "accept"...check. EVERY one of my other Bluetooth devices requires multiple attempts at connex. Even the color blue tie wrap matches blue charging cord...and blue! So it is immediately distinguishable from the other 20 cords in my Tumi travel bag. I'm going to stop carrying Bose noise canceling. Just too large. All of the above fit in this small case...almost like a clown car. How does it all fit?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Returned twice Used for listening to music during workouts. Music skipped during burn in period for about 20 hours on both sets. After 5 months, they would not hold a charge and eventually would not charge. Got another set. After 3 months, they started loudly crackling and died during a workout. Both times I was sent a code to purchase another product. Not sure what I’m going to do, but I certainly don’t want a third pair of these earbuds. the noise canceling effect was moderate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Gym Headphones I just got these headphones and they are fantastic. The fit is perfect for the gym or any acitivity that would cause others products to fall out. These are secure and comfotable. I have use a number of headphones that range from cheap to very expensive and these blew them all out of the water for sport functionality. These will not amaze true audiophiles, but that is not the purpose. However, the sound quality is exceptional for the price and purpose. I will be ordering a pair of these for my finace, becuase these are that good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy these These headphones won't last longer than a couple of months. Jlab does have great customer service, but save your money because you're going to need a new pair in a very short amount of time.

How is this different from the Fit Sport 3? They appear very similar but there is a huge price difference.

Asked by: Ltboucher
If you read the specs, FitSport runs for 5 hours. Epic sport runs for 12 hours. FitSport has a charging port. Epic Sport charges magnetic. I’ve got a FitSport and will Not hesitate to upgrade. Simply Amazing sounds.

Has anyone ever had these headphones work for more than a week or two? Do they charge for anyone? How many times did you have to send them back before you found a pair that actually worked?

Asked by: d2019
I had the same issues since October, the ones they will send you won’t last long. I am being honest. I tried the cheap and expensive. I think I am done with them from now. The best pair I bought was at Walmart and it lasted for 3 months. Don’t even go to Best Buy to buy a pair from them because of refund issues. I really tried sticking with jlab but they just don’t work tbh

I've had the same problem with 3 pairs. I'm convinced this product just doesn't work.

How do iI get tthese ear phones paired with my phone?

Asked by: crackerhead
Hey crackerhead, All you need to do is make sure that your Bluetooth is on, on the device that you're looking to connect to. Next, make sure the headphones are off, then simply press and hold the power button until you see blue and red flashing lights. They will now be discover-able in your Bluetooth menu. If need be, please feel free to reach out to us either via email support@jlabaudio.com or shoot us a call at 405.445.7219 Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm p.t & Friday 8am-3pm p.t so that we may help walk you through the pairing process. Is it Bluetooth 5.0 with aptx or Bluetooth 4.2 with aptx???because on amazon it say Bluetooth 4.2 with aptx but on the website it is Bluetooth 5.0

Asked by: Kevin29
This device sucks in general. Whatever you call it, the battery fails in a matter of months. I’ve had it replaced already and the new one is dying too. If I could return it and get a refund I would. When it dies and I have to replace it I sure won’t be using one of your products.

Is there a way to disable the flashing blue light when connected to a device? It is very annoying in low-light areas.
